Terms & Conditions:

1. Instructions on How To Enter form part of these Conditions Of Entry. The competition is open only to residents of NSW only. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian over the age of 18 years. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

2. To enter this competition you must fill the requested details in full on the official entry form, provided by our Staff whilst onboard any of our public cruises. You must ensure that the entry form is forward to our Staff onboard prior to disembarking

3. The promotional period commences on 1st June 2010 and closes 30th November 2010.

4. There will be one major prize draw by Barrel Draw at Vagabond Cruises offices, 37 Bank St Pyrmont NSW 2009. The prize will be a randomly drawn entry and will be deemed a major prize winner. All entries received from the 15th May 2010 to 30th November 2010 inclusive will be included in the draw on the 1st December 2010 at 11.00am.

5. The valid entry drawn will win 3 nights holiday in the Gold Coast. The prize includes return economy class airfare from Sydney with Virgin Blue, airport taxes, 3 nights, three/four star accommodation twin share at The Mantra Legends Hotel, located at the cnr of surfers Paradise Blvd Surfers Paradise, valid during Off Peak seasons, subject to availability of airline seats and accommodation, with airport transfers (excludes school holidays and long weekends).

6. The winner will be notified by a direct phone call and details will be published on our website. The prize must be claimed and picked up from Vagabond Cruises’ office, 37 Bank St Pyrmont by 10th December 2010.

7. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, exchangeable, changeable or redeemable for cash. Any additional travel expenses, including but not limited to all spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, transport to and from departure points, transfers, incidental costs and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the major prize winners, unless otherwise stated.

8. In the event that a winner does not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter, that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw one month after the initial draw date as is necessary in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date.

9. All entries become the property of the Promoter

10. Total maximum prize value to be issued is $800.00. The prize is GST inclusive and are quoted in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in any prize or prize value. Values reflect current retail prices that were correct at time of publishing.

11. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The prize is subject to the prize suppliers’ standard terms and conditions.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained which results directly or indirectly from this competition or prize fulfilment, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice located at the end of these Terms of Entry
